What you need:
✔ A club constitution (or equivalent) is signed, up to date, and follows Table Tennis England’s Equality Policy and Safeguarding Guidelines
✔ An appointed Club Welfare Officer and a valid safeguarding certificate
✔ A venue and appointed key contact

What you need:
The same requirements as the Associate Club membership plus:
✔ At least one qualified coach (minimum Coaching Assistant/previously Level 1) with a valid Coaching Licence
How to register your club
Club Administrators can take out or renew their club membership at anytime. Simply head to ttehub.com to get started.
For clubs who do not have a Club Administrator, or if you have any questions, please contact [email protected] or call 01908 208860.
Registered clubs or teams
For clubs who do not wish to directly affiliate with Table Tennis England can chose the 'Registered Club or Team’ affiliation. These clubs will not receive the benefits of PremierClub and Associate Clubs, but may play in the league and will appear in a league’s list on TT Leagues.

Associate Club membership is free and designed to support new and smaller clubs looking to develop and grow.
It’s also ideal for league clubs who want to stay connected with Table Tennis England news, resources, and opportunities.
The PremierClub programme is designed to build a national network of clubs committed to providing great experiences for players and volunteers, sharing best practice, and growing participation in table tennis.
PremierClubs receive enhanced support and work closely with Table Tennis England to develop and grow in a way that suits their club and members—helping to create stronger, more sustainable clubs across the country.
PremierClub membership is open to all table tennis clubs in England who can meet the following requirements:
- Provide venue details and key contact information, including committee members in key roles
- Follow best practice, ensuring your club has a signed constitution or governing document in place
- Operate in accordance with Table Tennis England’s Equality Policy and Safeguarding Guidelines
- Encourage all club members to register with Table Tennis England as either free Supporter members or paid members
- Have at least one Table Tennis England licensed coach (minimum Coaching Assistant/previous Level 1) actively involved in the club
- Appoint a Welfare Officer who holds a valid safeguarding certificate (access the free safeguarding course here: Safeguarding in Sport – Free Online Course)
Associate Club membership is available for clubs who meet the following criteria:
- Make sure your club’s constitution (or equivalent) is signed, up to date, and that you follow Table Tennis England’s Equality Policy and Safeguarding Guidelines
- Appoint a Club Welfare Officer and upload a valid safeguarding certificate (You can access a free safeguarding course here: Safeguarding in Sport – Free Online Course)
- Encourage your club members to register as Table Tennis England members
- Provide venue details and key contact information
Both Associate Club and PremierClub memberships run from 1 August – 31 July each season.
