Ping Pong Parlours creating a buzz in city centres

This week the Brunswick in Scarborough welcomed back it’s pop up Ping Pong Parlour where people can take a break from shopping and enjoy a free game of table tennis.
Pop-up Ping Pong Parlours form part of our vision to inspire people to get active and lead happier, healthier lifestyles by introducing table tennis into the places they already spend time in their everyday lives.
The centre’s owner, Scarborough Group International (SGI) is hoping that the Ping Pong Parlour will not only attract more people to shop at the Brunswick, but will also encourage them to keep active.
Stephen Marriott, Centre Manager at the Brunswick, said:
Also reopening this week is the Ping Pong Parlour at Millgate Shopping Centre in Bury, pictured below.
The Ping Pong Parlour that reopened at the Grafton in Cambridge earlier this month has seen great traction, and is providing a fantastic space for its customers.
