Eight young English players have been selected for the Euro Mini Championships in France next month.

The squad includes Hannah Saunders (pictured above), who won both singles titles at the recent Mark Bates Ltd U11 & U13 National Championships.

She will play in the under-11s, as will the national gold medallist at that age group, Zihan Lin. The four under-11 athletes selected are all from the Archway Peterborough club.

The full squad is:

U11 Girls: Hannah Saunders, Amber Lemmon

U11 Boys: Zihan Lin, Lewis Wu

U13 Girls: Bly Twomey

U13 Boys: Ryan Goodier, Abraham Sellado, Adam Alibhai

The competition is from August 25 to 27 in Schiltigheim, France.
