Table Tennis England members can sign up to renew their membership by Direct Debit from the 2023/24 season.

This offers our members greater peace of mind – that they need never worry again about their membership lapsing, but also that the process will go through automatically and securely every year, without the need to renew online or over the phone.

It means no interruptions to membership, no need to add renewal to your ‘to-do list’ every year and no need to wait for office hours, which may not be convenient, if renewing by phone.

Those who currently pay on auto-renew via credit or debit card will also have no need to update their details after their card passes its expiry date.

Compared with other payment methods, such as paying online or over the phone, Direct Debit offers greater efficiency and security, with every transaction covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee, which offers the reassurance of an automatic refund if an error is ever made.

If there are any changes to the amount or date of a Direct Debit, you will be informed in advance, and you can cancel a Direct Debit any time by contacting your bank or building society.

Setting up a Direct Debit is straightforward and we have created a how-to video, which you can watch below, to take you through the process.

We still offer our members flexibility to pay the way they want to – renewals opened online on Monday July 17, with phone renewals open from Tuesday August 1.

Remember, Table Tennis England membership fees have been frozen for the 2023/24 season.

That means the annual fees remain as follows.

  • Cadets/Juniors: £9
  • Adults: £18

Compete Plus

  • Cadets/Juniors: £20
  • Adults: £40

Both the Supporter and Club Play membership categories remain free of charge.
