Today we publish the Table Tennis England Annual Report and accompanying review of the year video, covering the financial year ended 31 March 2024, alongside the 2023/24 playing season.
The video documents the work done in the past year to deliver the pledges set out in Table Tennis United, our strategic plan for the sport, which aims to create a table tennis nation.
Among the achievements covered are:
- Opening the first Ping hub in Manchester, co-inciding with and creating a legacy from hosting the WTT Feeder in the city
- Launching the Technical Officials Academy
- Launching the SHEcoaches and SHEplays initiatives
- Announcing plans for a new coaching strategy
- Opening the Elite Training Centre and the first four Pathway Development Centres
- Launching our Area Network
- Implementing the National Competition Review
- Broadcasting more live table tennis on TTE.TV
- Winning the bid to host the 2026 World Team Championships in London
The Annual Report, which can be downloaded at the foot of this page, will be formally presented at the AGM on Saturday July 20. Click here to read more about the AGM including the agenda for the day and how to register to attend (registrations close at 11.59pm on Sunday July 14).
A total of 11 Resolutions will be voted on at the AGM, including two covering important changes to our Articles of Association which, if passed, will safeguard our Sport England funding and increase member representation on the Board.
We are asking for the support of Company Members, who vote on the Resolutions, and the wider membership in passing these Resolutions.
