Tin-Tin Ho kept up her good form to reach the Women’s Singles quarter-finals of the WTT Feeder Prishtina in Kosovo – and Tom Jarvis also reached the same stage in the Men’s Singles.
Ho (WR 195), who defeated seventh seed Natalia Bajor of Poland at the recent European Championships, started with a win over unranked Dobrila Jorguseska of the Netherlands in the round of 32 and then eliminated third seed Sarah De Nutte (LUX, WR 97) in four games in the round of 16.
Her run ended at the hands of lower-ranked Kim Hana of South Korea, who had a string of good results on her way to the semi-finals.
Jarvis (WR 221), seeded 12th, started with a 3-2 win over Seo Jungwon of South Korea, recovering from 2-1 down to win a match with the unusual scoreline of 7-11, 11-0, 12-14, 11-8, 11-8.
He then beat Spain’s Diego Lillo in three before going out in the quarter-finals to second seed Tomislav Pucar of Croatia (WR 54), who went on to win the competition.
Connor Green (WR 389) won his first match, in the round of 64, against an opponent from the host nation. He was knocked out in the round of 32 by Andrej Gacina of Croatia (WR 86).
