Thank you to one of my ‘littlies’ for for not laughing at me too much at my attempts to make a heart.
Women & Girls in Table Tennis
Did you know
12.3% of members of Table Tennis England are Female
17.8% of table tennis coaches are Female
Why is this? What barriers exist? How do we address the in balance? Does anyone have the answers?
Over the next couple of months I’ll be setting up a working group to look at actions we can take across the South West. There is no silver bullet and it’s going to take a special group of people to get to the bottom of the issue and devise solutions.
Are you committed to increasing the number of Women & Girls in table tennis?
Do you have insight and ideas?
Do you want to #inspireinclusion in your club / league / county and across the area?
