Now we are heading into the festive season rather than looking back on the year I like to look forwards to the things I am really looking forward to being involved with over the next 12 months.

Here is what I think will be highlights for the year:-

• Three U11 TT Kidz festivals in January and February
• The ETTU Umpire training course in Wolverhampton in January
• Another Level 1 umpires course in Wolverhampton in January
• The Senior National Championships in March
• The return of coaching course
• More growth in U11 sessions funded by B2022 legacy funding
• WTT Manchester in April
• WTT Star Contender in October in London
• Growth of the re started NJL in Birmingham
• More local 1 star competitions that are in the planning stages
