Three British pairs win gold at Czech Para Open

There were plenty of positives for the British Para table tennis team to take into the Paralympic Games in Paris after taking three gold medals in the doubles events on the final day of the ITTF Czech Para Open in Ostrava.

Josh, Fliss and Bly on golden form ahead of Paris

With the Paralympic Games just over two months away Joshua Stacey (men’s class 9), Fliss Pickard (women’s class 6) and 14-year-old Bly Twomey (women’s class 7) all took gold in their respective singles events at the ITTF Czech Para Open in Ostrava today.

Bayley leads para squad for pre-Games tune-up

World and European champion Will Bayley is included in a squad of 13 athletes for this week’s ITTF Czech Para Open in Ostrava (June 20-22) which will be the final tournament for the British Para Table Tennis team before the Paralympic Games later this summer.
