Table Tennis England's Club Affiliation programme allows all clubs to tap into Table Tennis England's expertise and resources.

Table Tennis England’s Club Affiliation programme allows all clubs to tap into Table Tennis England’s expertise and resources. There are free and paid-for versions, ensuring that all clubs can forge a relationship with us at whatever level they wish to.

Club affiliation lasts until the end of the season, which usually runs until July 31st each year.

Please note that only club administrators are able to access their clubs renewals area. If you do not currently have admin rights, but believe that you should, please contact Table Tennis England.

What is Club Affiliation?

Club Affiliation is for clubs who are not yet ready to join the PremierClub programme, but still wish to develop and grow. The annual membership enables clubs to tap into Table Tennis England’s expertise, knowledge and resources

Is my club eligible?

This FREE club membership is open to all table tennis clubs in England that agree to;

  • Provide venue details and key contact information
  • Agree to follow best practice and confirm a suitable safeguarding policy, equality policy and constitution is in place
  • Encourage all members to join Table Tennis England as either free associate or paid members

What does the club need to do?

Becoming an affiliated Club is simple;

  • Renew or register using the buttons below

  • Ensure your Club’s safeguarding policy, equality policy and constitution (or equivalent) are up to date

PremierClub

What is PremierClub?

The PremierClub programme aims to create a national network of clubs who are committed to improving player and volunteer experience, sharing best practice and increasing participation in table tennis.

PremierClubs are given an enhanced level of support and encouraged to work with Table Tennis England to develop and grow in a way that is best suited to that club and its members.

How much is it?

The cost of 2017/18 affiliation is £35. Payment can be made online or by cheque and affiliation lasts until 31st July 2018.

What do clubs need to do?

There are 5 simple steps to becoming a PremierClub;

  • Renew or register using the buttons below
  • Update your Club’s information on TT365
  • Ensure your Club’s safeguarding policy, equality policy and constitution (or equivalent) are up to date
  • Encourage all members to become members of Table Tennis England
  • Complete the Club Matters Club Improvement Tool

* You must mention this discount (as part of the benefits for your named PremierClub) at the time of booking a course. This discount is only applied to courses that take place before 31st July 2017.
