Table Tennis England's Club Affiliation programme allows all clubs to tap into Table Tennis England's expertise and resources.

Table Tennis England’s Club Affiliation programme allows all clubs to tap into Table Tennis England’s expertise and resources. There are free and paid-for versions, ensuring that all clubs can forge a relationship with us at whatever level they wish to.

Club affiliation lasts until the end of the season, which usually runs until July 31st each year.

Associate Club

What is Associate Club?

Associate Club membership is designed to support new/smaller clubs who are looking to develop and grow. It is also perfect for League Clubs who would like to stay in touch with Table Tennis England news and opportunities.

Is my club eligible?

This FREE club membership is open to all table tennis clubs in England that agree to;

  • Provide venue details and key contact information
  • Agree to follow best practice and confirm a suitable safeguarding policy, equality policy and constitution is in place
  • Encourage all members to join Table Tennis England as either free associate or paid members

What does the club need to do?

Becoming an Associate Club is simple:

  • Renew or register using the buttons below
  • Ensure your Club’s safeguarding policy, equality policy and constitution (or equivalent) are up to date
  • Ensure your Club members are also registered as Table Tennis England members

What are the benefits?

PremierClub

What is PremierClub?

The PremierClub programme aims to create a national network of clubs who are committed to improving player and volunteer experience, sharing best practice and increasing participation in table tennis.

PremierClubs are given an enhanced level of support and encouraged to work with Table Tennis England to develop and grow in a way that is best suited to that club and its members.

Is my club eligible?

PremierClub membership is open to all table tennis clubs in England that agree to:

  • Provide venue details and key contact information, including committee members in key roles
  • Agree to follow best practice and confirm a suitable safeguarding policy, equality policy and constitution is in place
  • Encourage all members to join Table Tennis England as either free associate or paid members
  • Have at least 1 Table Tennis England licenced coach

What does a club need to do?

  • Renew or register using the buttons below
  • Ensure your Club’s safeguarding policy, equality policy and constitution (or equivalent) are up to date
  • Ensure your Club members are also registered as Table Tennis England members
  • Decide which if the PremierClub benefits your Club should enjoy first!

What are the benefits?

PremierClub benefits include development and accreditations, access to partners and discounts, and being part of the national PremierClub network. The full list of benefits can be found in the attachment below, but here are some of the 2018-19 highlights;

  • Appear on the Table Tennis England table finder
  • Downloadable and hard copy welcome pack
  • Regular Table Tennis England Club’s newsletter communications
  • Public Liability Insurance with an indemnity limit of £10,000,000
  • Preferential status when applying for Table Tennis England grant schemes
  • A £30 discount on one UKCC Level 1 course per club*
  • A £30 discount on one UKCC Level 2 course per club*
  • A free place on a Level 1 Umpire Course per club (usually £30)*
  • Certificate of Affiliation
  • Access to new ClubSpark club management tool

* You must mention this discount (as part of the benefits for your named PremierClub) at the time of booking a course. This discount is only applied to courses that take place before 31st July 2019.

There are two ways that clubs can register for and renew club affiliation.

For Club Administrators who already use TT365, please follow the steps outlined in the ‘Renewing 18-19 Club Affiliation using TT365’ document (attached at the bottom of the page). Using TT365 will prevent you having to duplicate information you may have already provided.

For Clubs who do not have a Club Administrator, who are new to affiliation, or a not familiar with TT365, please complete the below form.
