As a PremierClub, your Club can enjoy access to the latest development initiatives and accreditations as well as benefit from Table Tennis England and partner discounts. You are also part of a fantastic network of Clubs who are committed to providing great table tennis experiences for players and volunteers alike.

Development and Accreditations

Benefit: Priority for Satellite Club funding

Description: The satellite club programme is funded by Sport England to create new long-term opportunities for 11-25-year olds. In 2019-20, Table Tennis England will be looking to develop 35 new satellite clubs providing new opportunities for over 850 young people. Clubs can apply for approximately £850 to start up new sessions.

Benefit: Priority funding for BeTT

Description: BeTT is a Club and League support programme designed to build better experiences across the sport.

Benefit: Table Tennis Young Ambassador (TTYA) incentives for up to 3 young people.

Description: The TTYA programme aims to benefit young people looking for great volunteering experiences, as well as clubs who are looking for a few extra pairs of hands. The programme incentivises young people based on number of hours logged.

How to get involved: The programme will reopen in September 2019. Please note that spaces are limited.

Benefit: Free access to Bat & Chat resources

Description: Bat and Chat supports clubs and leagues to run successful programmes aimed at the 55+ market

Benefit: Get involved with TT Kidz

Description: An inspiring, engaging and fun 8-week programme designed especially for 7-to-11-year-olds.

How to get involved: The first round of sessions are being delivered in October 2019, with a second round planned for early 2020.

Benefit: Access the ClubSpark Club Management Platform

Description: ClubSpark is a Club management platform designed to save Clubs time and reduce the administration required in the day to day running of a Club. ClubSpark enables Clubs to:

  • Create a website
  • Manage Club & Table Tennis England membership
  • Email members
  • Take bookings for holiday camps and coaching courses
  • Take online payments, and set up direct debits

How to get involved: PremierClubs can register to access the platform at any time, and just need to complete a short expression of interest form on the link below. In the days that follow, you will then hear from the Table Tennis England team with information on how to access your profile, as well as some videos and guides to help get your club up and running.

Benefit: Complete Clubmark accreditation with the support of a Table Tennis England assessor

Description: Clubmark is a Sport England cross-sport accreditation that stands for higher standards of welfare, equity and Club management. The accreditation is a club development journey. Based on a best practice framework, Clubmark helps ensure clubs have relevant policies and procedures in place.

How to get involved: Clubs can register for Clubmark via the Sport England Club Matters website. Once registered, they will be assigned a Table Tennis England assessor who will support them through the accreditation. Clubs will also receive a Table Tennis England guide, and access to a variety of templates.

Table Tennis England & Partner Discounts

Benefit: £30 discount on a Level 1 session coach course

Description: PremierClubs can get a £30 discount on 1 place on a Level 1 Coaching course.

How to get involved: Please make the full payment upon booking, then email coaching@tabletennisengland.co.uk – being sure to mention the name of the club – and we will arrange to refund the £30.
