Table Tennis England is recruiting for two exciting new roles which will help create a world-class coaching workforce and underpin our Olympic medal-winning ambitions.

The roles are Coach Learning and Development Manager and Coach Developer.

Reporting into the Head of Performance Development, the Coach Learning and Development Manager will be a champion for coaches across the organisation, and lead our coaching team, with a focus on capacity building a network of high-quality mentors across our Area Network.

The Coach Developer will play a pivotal role in enhancing and promoting coaching standards and supporting the development of coaches operating in our talent environments. The purpose of the role is to mentor, educate, and support coaches primarily in talent environments, ensuring that coaching practices align with Table Tennis England’s strategic objectives and the coach excellence framework.

Both roles will help shape a transformational change in the way we recognise coaches and invest in their continued development across every level of the game.

We seek to create a positive, lasting impact on our coaching workforce, developing and leading the delivery of our ambitious vision and strategy, implementing world-class learning and development opportunities appropriate for the environment they coach within.
