There is still time for leagues to enter the English Leagues Cup Competitions (ELCC) before next month’s deadline.
The event – the oldest national competition on the calendar – is for Juniors and Seniors, with four trophies being contested. The Wilmott Cup, first held in 1935, is open to Senior men, while the JM Rose Bowl for Senior women dates back to 1939. In the Junior competitions, the boys compete for the Carter Cup and the girls for the Bromfield Trophy.
All four competitions are open to affiliated local leagues, who will compete in zonal rounds in April. The finals will be held on the weekend of June 1-2. The closing date for entries is Monday February 12.
