Table Tennis England has launched an exciting new partnership with media management and AI-powered highlights platform, Spectatr.ai.
Spectatr.ai uses cutting-edge artificial intelligence to capture every moment of sporting events, generating multiple highlights packages tailored to fans’ interests.
The partnership was first put into action during the 2025 Mark Bates Ltd National Championships, where nearly 100 hours of matchplay from 130 matches was processed, creating around 24 hours of highlights.
Much of this has already been published across Table Tennis England’s digital platforms, with many more hours of content to be released over the coming weeks.
Future events are also planned to be streamed or recorded, then processed to create highlights packages.
Table Tennis England’s Digital Engagement Manager, Jack Ramful, sees a bright future for the collaboration, recognising its potential to reach new audiences.
He said: “Spectatr.ai is redefining how we engage with fans, particularly Gen Z, by seamlessly transforming our live broadcasts into dynamic, short-form content that captivates audiences.
“With its AI-powered automation, we can instantly capture and distribute the most thrilling moments from our matches, extending our reach across digital platforms and ensuring that fans stay immersed in the action, no matter where they are.”
Founded in 2022, Spectatr.ai also provides data-rich insights, enabling Table Tennis England to continually enhance the quality and relevance of the content being produced.
Jack added: “Beyond just fan engagement, Spectatr.ai has revolutionised our content operations. The platform’s intelligent workflows and automation have streamlined our content creation process, enabling us to produce and distribute high-quality table tennis highlights at an unprecedented scale.
“What once required extensive manual effort is now handled effortlessly, allowing our team to focus on storytelling and strategy rather than repetitive tasks.
“This has resulted in a significant boost in content output, enhanced efficiency, and a stronger digital presence – all without additional resource strain. Spectatr.ai isn’t just a tool; it’s a game-changer for table tennis coverage.”
Spectatr.ai’s Chief Business Officer, Shifa Garg, also shared enthusiasm for the partnership, saying: “Sports content isn’t just about engagement—it’s a monetisable asset. Spectatr.ai leverages artificial intelligence to transform live moments into high-value digital content, optimised for maximum reach and revenue.
“For Table Tennis England, this means automating content creation at scale, reducing costs, and unlocking new sponsorship and distribution opportunities. We’re not just speeding up workflows; we’re building the infrastructure for the next generation of sports media monetisation.”
This collaboration represents a significant step forward in how table tennis content is captured, produced, and shared, ensuring that fans receive high-quality, engaging highlights that bring them closer to the sport.
With the integration of AI-driven technology, Table Tennis England is well-positioned to expand its reach, enhance digital engagement, and set new standards in sports content creation.
