This is a chance for our members to share in a unique piece of history as the sport comes together to mark 100 years since we first came under the umbrella of a national governing body.

Here’s how you can join the celebration:

Official Centenary Book

Table Tennis England is publishing a wonderful commemorative book capturing key moments, events, performances and people to mark our 100-year history – you can place your order now and even get your name in the book!

From our beginnings in 1921 right through to the current season, two editions of this hardback book will be available in March 2022 providing a vivid and fascinating pictorial record of English table tennis.

There will be an Official Edition and an autographed Special Edition – click here to read more about them. For just an extra £5 on the price, individuals can become a named supporter within the book.

As a Centenary Book supporter individuals will receive:

• Personal recognition on the supporter page in the book
• Letter of thanks from the Table Tennis England Chair
• Inclusion/acknowledgement on the Table Tennis England website
• Chosen book option sent before general release

Centenary Gala Dinner

A glittering fundraising Centenary Gala Dinner takes place on Sunday 27th March 2022 at the De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham.

To provide everyone within the table tennis community with an opportunity to secure tickets for this event, Table Tennis England has introduced a Member Ticket Ballot to provide current and previous members with a fair chance of attending. Entry does not automatically entitle applicants to tickets for the Centenary Gala Dinner, but to a place in the draw for tickets.

This star-studded evening to mark 100 years of English table tennis will feature a drinks reception, a three-course dinner with wine, special centenary and guest speeches, awards, plus a silent and live auction. It promises to be an evening to remember and as the event is in support of the Table Tennis England Centenary Legacy Fund, attendees will be helping to raise vital funds to improve access, facilities and opportunities in our sport.
