The athletes in the youngest categories of Table Tennis England rankings will get the chance to shine at the Mark Bates Ltd U11 & U13 National Championships.

Invitations have gone out to more than 100 players to compete at the championships, based on the April ranking lists.

The under-13 events will see 48 boys and 48 girls compete, while in the under-11s, the top 24s are invited – though there are currently only 21 girls in the ranking list.

The competition takes place at WV Active Wolverhampton on the weekend of Jun 10-11, with the under-13s in action on the Saturday and the under-11s on the Sunday. The under-13 competition also includes boys’ and girls’ doubles.

The deadline to accept entries is Wednesday May 10, and the draw will be held in the days following that date.
