Kacper Piwowar and Parrmis Ahsani are the two recipients of the Mike Watts Achievement Awards for the 2022/23 season.
Kacper, a member of the GB Start squad, added 451 ranking points to his tally over the course of the 2022/23 season, moving up from 136 on the Junior list at the start of last season to No 51 at the start of this. He is currently the No 2 ranked Cadet.
Parrmis added 296 points to her tally last season, to sit in 39th position at the end of last season.
The award is given annually to the England-eligible girl and boy with the greatest improvements in Junior rankings points between August 1 and July 31 each year, not including the existing top 5 Juniors and top 5 Cadets.
The award is in memory of Mike Watts, who was the ETTA Events Manager and a Vice-President and, among many other roles, was Director for the World Championships in Manchester in 1997 and an international umpire and national referee.
The Mike Watts Achievement Award was first presented in 2003 in his memory.
