Table Tennis England members’ priority ticket window for the Mark Bates Ltd National Championships is now open – and members can attend day one for free!

Our flagship event is at the University of Nottingham from 21-23 March and the opening day on the Friday has been designated Members’ Day.

On that day, any Table Tennis England member can attend free of charge all day.

Free tickets need to be booked through our ticketing website, where tickets for the weekend are also on sale exclusively to Table Tennis England members.

They will go on general sale from Tuesday 14 January, so make sure you check your email inbox today for all the details you need – including your exclusive link to order tickets.

We now know which players have booked their places at the Nationals – either by invitation or having come through the Qualifying Tournament at the weekend. Catch up on the best of the Qualifying Tournament by watching our Rewind show below.

The countdown is now on to the Nationals ‘proper’ and tickets are great value – from £13 for the Saturday and from £16 for Finals Day on Sunday.

In addition to the packed competition schedule, there are a number of other events going on in our ‘Coaching Zone’ (found within the FanZone) this year:

Friday

Coaching for schools (by invitation only).

Saturday

Coaching for Juniors: There are just 6 slots available under our Club Package Deal* for clubs to bring up to 12 young players and two adults to enjoy an exclusive 45-minute coaching session delivered by one of the top junior coaches in England. Also included is a FanZone Activity Card for each child and all-day access to the competition arena!

Coaching for Adults: Is there a part of your game that you’re struggling with, or a skill you’ve always wanted to learn? Then our Adult ticket + Coaching Clinic* is perfect for you! This exclusive 25-minute one-to-one session with one of the best coaches in England will be sure to sort you out! This ticket also includes all-day access to the competition arena. There are just 12 slots available and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sunday

Coaching for Coaches: Join our Head of Performance Development, Gavin Evans, for an unmissable Workshop and Q&A session. Our Adult ticket + Coach’s Workshop is aimed at qualified and aspiring table tennis coaches and is sure to be packed full of amazing content for you to take away! This ticket also includes all-day access to the competition arena.

It promises to be three days of scintillating action and tickets are sure to sell quickly, especially for Finals Day, so don’t delay – secure yours as soon as possible!

What is the event format?

Friday and Saturday will see multiple tables in operation for the early stages of singles, doubles and para competitions, with seats offering a full view across the arenas.

On Sunday, the field of play will be re-configured into a single arena for Finals Day, when the champions will be decided.
