Sam Walker and Andrew Baggaley saw their interest in the Slovenian Open ended in the last 16.
Walker was beaten by the 21-year-old German Kilian Ort, going down 4-1 (11-4, 14-12, 6-11, 11-5, 11-9) to a player ranked No 188 in the world.
Baggaley also lost in five games to Jesus Cantero of Spain. His 35-year-old opponent, now ranked 133 in the world, won 11-8, 11-9, 9-11, 11-3, 12-10.
