The Qatar Open begins tomorrow with England sending a squad of three across to Doha in one of the hottest locations on the ITTF World Tour.

Daniel Reed, Andrew Baggaley and Liam Pitchford will play ahead of the Senior National Championships in Sheffield (1-3rd March).

Pitchford, in particular, will be unsure of his form after only recently receiving treatment for his hip injury. However, both he and Baggaley will be the top seeds in their men’s singles group while Reed will have to overcome Yaroslav Zhmudenko.

Baggaley and Reed will then partner up in the doubles, while Pitchford joins German Philipp Floritz.
