The English Table Tennis Association has announced its new official trophy supplier, Burridge Ltd, on a three-year deal. The agreement, subject to a review after a year means that Burridge will supply all of the ETTA’s trophies and medals for the 2013/14 season and beyond.

A wide variety of companies were offered the opportunity to tender to become the ETTA’s official trophy supplier, which led to a number of meetings to see samples of the respective products.

In the end, despite two or three strong candidates, it was a unanimous decision to award the contract to Burridge. Diccon Gray, National Competitions and Events Manager, said: “We are delighted to welcome Burridge Ltd as an official supplier to the ETTA and thank them for their investment to support table tennis. We look forward to working closely with them to maximise their sponsorship for mutual benefit.

“We hope that by working together with one company we can improve our value for money, quality and consistency of service.”

Gary Burridge, Director of Burridge Ltd said: “We are delighted at becoming the official supplier to the ETTA and to once again have the Burridge name associated with English table tennis.”
