Congratulations to Trevor Kerry in being elected the new President of the Nottingham and District Table Tennis Association. Trevor has played table tennis in Nottingham since he was a young lad and Nottingham is in his DNA!

Also congratulations to Dave Inkley on being appointed a Life Vice-President of the NDTTA. Dave has played and coached TT in Nottingham for many years and although currently suffering poor health, he keeps a keen eye on us.

The main Nottingham Table Tennis League is ready to start the week commencing Monday 2 November 2020; all divisions planned and only the fixtures button on TT Leagues to be pressed. TTE Covid-19 recommendations are in place.

Thanks to all the committee members and the clubs/venues for their help in getting the league ready for action.

However, because of the high Covid-19 positive results in and around Nottingham and pending the announcement from the Government on Monday about a possible local lockdown, it may well be that the league will have to be postponed – watch this space.
