Volunteers who give their time to help others enjoy table tennis have been honoured at the annual Table Tennis England Volunteer Awards.

The 2016 winners were presented with their trophies during a reception at the PG Mutual National Championships in Hatfield.

The roll of honour was:

Club of the Year
Winner – Bishop Auckland; runner-up – Joola Plymouth
Volunteer of the Year
Winner – Keith Warrington; runner-up – Debbie Whiting
Coach of the Year
Winner – James Lewis; runner-up – Harvey Stevens
Unsing hero
Winner – Bryan Edwards; runner-up – Roger Bowkett
Equality Award
Winner – Tim Holtam
