Semi-Finals

Last years winners Mary Fuller and Emily Bates, who claimed the accolade of the youngest ever Women’s Doubles National Champions were deposed by the multiple champions of Joanna Parker and Kelly Sibley returning after a one year hiatus due to Sibley’s injury last year.

Despite a bobble in the second end, when the defending champions come out on top 11-2, Parker/Sibley continued to ease their way through to the final as they have been doing through out the event.

Parker/Sibley bt. Bates/Fuller 3-1 (11-5, 2-11, 11-6, 11-7)

Joining them in the final will be Karina Le Fevre and newly crowned U21’s champion for the second year in succession, Emma Vickers. They disposed of Hannah Hicks and Lindsey Reynolds 3-0.

Le Fevre/Vickers bt. Hicks/Reynolds 3-0 (11-5, 11-8, 11-5)
