Milton Keynes has been named European City of Sport for 2020 by the European Cities and Capitals of Sport Federation (ACES Europe) which champions using sport to improve people’s quality of life. Sports and leisure partners from across the town are putting on a year of events and activities throughout 2020, to raise awareness of existing sports and activity in the town.

#MK20in20

On 20th January, MK Council is asking individuals, schools, businesses, clubs and organisations – to make a 20 in 20 pledge to be more active or to make it easier for others to be active.  As the town is home to Table Tennis England’s head office and has been a Ping! city since 2014,  our pledge for the #MK20in20 campaign is to get 20 Milton Keynes organisations more active through table tennis!

We’re donating table tennis packages to the first twenty local business and community groups in need, who email us stating why they think they deserve a table tennis table. So whether you want to introduce physical activity, tackle social isolation or just add fun, we want to hear from you!

To apply for a free table tennis package which includes; a table branded with the #MK20in20 logo, bats, balls and loads of resources, then email us and we’ll be in touch very soon.  This offer only applies to businesses and community organisations in the Milton Keynes Council Parish ward areas.

The deadline for applications is 29th February 2020.
