Teenager Lowri Hurd made it an international debut to remember by taking gold with Max Flint in the mixed doubles class 20 and gold with her Spanish partner Victoria Sorribes Barba in the women’s doubles class 20 to add to the bronze she won in the women’s class 9-10 singles at the ITTF World Para Future Costa Brava in Spain.

Former world and Paralympic medallist Tom Matthews fought back from 2-1 down to take gold in the men’s class 1 singles at the ITTF World Para Future Costa Brava in Spain.

Shae Thakker took silver in the men’s class 10 singles at the ITTF World Para Challenger Astana tournament in Kazakhstan and there were also bronze medals for Plymouth teenager Bailey Page in men’s class 7 and Fliss Pickard in women’s class 6.
