Table Tennis England’s Club Membership programme allows all clubs to tap into Table Tennis England’s expertise and resources. There are free and paid-for versions, ensuring that all clubs can forge a relationship with us at whatever level they wish to.

Free Club Membership

What is it?

Club Membership is for clubs who are not yet ready to join the PremierClub programme, but still wish to develop and grow. The annual membership enables clubs to tap into Table Tennis England’s expertise, knowledge and resources.

What does the club get?

  • Appear on the Table Tennis England club finder
  • Support from the Table Tennis England Clubs Department
  • Guidance on club development
  • Access to grant advice and support with funding applications
  • Downloadable welcome pack
  • Regular Table Tennis England newsletter communications
  • Access to table tennis club resources

Is my club eligible?

This FREE club membership is open to all table tennis clubs in England that agree to;

  • Provide venue details and key contact information
  • Agree to follow best practice and confirm a suitable safeguarding policy, equality policy and constitution is in place
  • Encourage all members to join Table Tennis England as either free associate or paid members

PremierClub Membership

What is it?

The PremierClub programme aims to create a national network of clubs who are committed to sharing best practice and increasing participation in table tennis. These clubs are given priority support and encouraged to work with us to develop and grow in a way that is best suited to that club and its members.

What are the benefits?

  • Priority status on the Table Tennis England club finder
  • Public Liability Insurance with an indemnity limit of £10,000,000
  • Access to specific Table Tennis England PremierClub grant schemes
  • Priority invitation to club conferences and workshops
  • A £30 discount on one UKCC Level 1 course per club *
  • A £30 discount on one UKCC Level 2 course per club *
  • Two FREE continuing professional development (CPD) courses for non-licensed coaches with the aim to inspire more people to get into coaching *
  • Support and advice from Table Tennis England national and area staff
  • Certificate of Affiliation
  • Eligible to work towards ‘Ability Club’ status and receive disability awareness training for your club staff, players, volunteers and coaches for FREE
  • Help to access local and national funding
  • Resources to help your club run more efficiently

* You must mention this discount (as part of the benefits for your named PremierClub) at the time of booking a course. This discount is only applied to courses that take place before 31st July 2017.

How much does it cost?

The fee to be an affiliated PremierClub for the 2016/17 Season is £35. That works out at less than £0.70 per week.
