Nominations are now open for the prestigious Pride of Table Tennis Awards, which recognise and honour the outstanding volunteers in our sport.

The past 12 months have presented big challenges but volunteers across the country have been instrumental in keeping their clubs and leagues going on and off the table.

As we have returned to play over the last couple of months, volunteers have been at the forefront of ensuring we have returned safely to enjoy the sport we know and love, by going above and beyond every week. It is vital we celebrate our unsung heroes, who are at the heartbeat of table tennis in England by recognising the impact they make each year.

This year’s awards will honour our Club and League Volunteers and Young Volunteers for their dedication, commitment or impact in/on table tennis on a voluntary basis over the past 12 months.

In what is a special year for Table Tennis England, the shortlisted national finalists, chosen by the national judging panel, will be presented their awards at our Centenary Dinner in Nottingham in March. We will also be surprising some of the local winners by choosing them at random to receive special table tennis experiences or prizes. All of the nominations received at local level will receive a certificate, which will be sent directly to the nominator to present at your club or league.

If you know someone who has made a difference in your club or league in the last 12 months, nominate them today. Nominations are open until 31st December 2021 and can be submitted via the online nomination form.
