Placing your equipment order

To keep things simple and take advantage of bulk discounts, we place the order on your behalf

To keep things simple and to take advantage of the discounts mentioned above, Table Tennis England will place the equipment order on behalf of all Ping! projects. To place your order you must complete an ‘Equipment Order Form’ and return this to us. This form can be found at the end of this section.  You have three opportunities per year to place an order – at the end of February, June and October.

Branding and logos

Branding for the tables comes in the form of vinyl transfer stickers which are applied to the table at the factory. For this reason it’s important for ordering deadlines to be met. Specific dates will be communicated to you by the national Ping! team.

Delivery and installation

We will work with you to provide the supplier with full and detailed information of where tables need to be delivered. You will be asked to complete a table delivery form and to return this to us so we can confirm your table and equipment delivery with the supplier.

Table hosts should be on site to provide the delivery team with the exact location for the tables to be placed. All tables should be fully assembled or be assembled on site by the equipment supplier’s delivery team. From experience, it takes them around 45 minutes to put together a static table.

We strongly advise you get your tables delivered to their final location to avoid having to relocate these tables yourselves. Once assembled, Ping! tables are time consuming and bulky to move so try to keep this to a minimum.
