Two Table Tennis England staff – National Participation Manager Jenny Leach and Director of Development Greg Yarnall – have both been nominated for the Positive Role Model Award for Gender in the National Diversity Awards.

Both Jenny and Greg have been instrumental in developing Table Tennis England’s new five-year Diversity and Inclusion strategy, #LevelTheTable which has a big focus on increasing women and girls’ participation in table tennis and making the sport a more welcoming and enjoyable community for women and girls.

Jenny Leach also recently led on Table Tennis England’s work around International Women’s Day, and setting out the organisation’s unapologetic future vision for women and girls in the sport.
