Each person will need their e-ticket (which is in the form of a QR code) to access the event. This will have been sent to you via email and will also show in your Eventbrite account. If you do not have this, please check your email junk folder. If it is not there, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible so that we can assist you.

If you have bought tickets for other people, you will either need to send them their QR codes or they will need to arrive at the Registration Desk with you. Please note, each ticket’s QR code is unique and can only be used once, so it is important people only use their own ticket. Once your QR code has been scanned at the Registration Desk, you will be given a wristband for access to the venue throughout the day.

If you bought an Event Programme at the same time as your ticket, this will be available to collect with your wristband. Event Programmes will also be available to purchase on the day. Payment is by card only.

Play starts at 9am on Friday March 22nd and 9:30am on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th. The venue will be open 40 minutes prior to the first match being played.

There are no numbered seats, therefore spectators may sit anywhere in the designated areas (please note, some seating areas are reserved for Accredited Personnel including players and coaches – these will be clearly signed)

You will be able to enter and leave the arena before and after games to enjoy some refreshments or take part in activities in the FanZone.

There will be various catering options via the Venue Café, a catering unit located in the Fanzone, as well as food trucks outside the main entrance to the venue, serving both hot and cold drinks and food.

Our Fanzone includes free-to-play tables, bat testing and various table tennis activities and challenges for you to take part in, plus a stand from our event sponsors Mark Bates Insurance Ltd and China Taiping, merchandise stands and more.

Also in the Fanzone, there will be an exhibition of photos and artefacts relating to England’s history in the World Championships, including the chance to sign up for ticket alerts for the 2026 World Team Championships in London.

This is a cashless event, so any tickets, programmes or merchandise purchased on the day can only be paid for via card. The café at David Ross Sports Village however WILL accept cash for any refreshments you wish to purchase.

Accessible seating is available for disabled spectators, with accessible toilets onsite. Guide dogs welcome.

Live streaming and filming inside the Field of Play is strictly prohibited. Photography (without flash) is allowed, for personal use only. There are no restrictions within the FanZone.

Please contact [email protected] for all general enquiries.
