As implementation of the Competition Review moves forward, the current landscape of 1-4* events and Grands Prix will transition to Tiered Open Tournaments.
Most of these changes will happen in the 2025/26 season, but there are also important changes in 2024/25 designed to make delivery of competitions easier and more accessible.
In the video below, Head of Competition and Events, Neil Rogers, explains how we got to this point, what will happen in the coming two seasons, and answers some frequently asked questions from the table tennis community.
For a summary of the changes, please see here
We are also offering members of the table tennis community the opportunity to attend one of two online Q&A sessions with Table Tennis England competitions staff, and to ask further questions.
The sessions are from 6-7.30pm on Tuesday June 25 and Wednesday June 26.
Simply fill in the form below to register to attend, and ask a question if you wish. You can ask a question even if you can’t attend and these will be published, along with the answers here. We are asking for questions in advance to help us provide complete answers, and encourage you to view the video in the first instance, but there will be the opportunity to ask questions on the night.
Registration closes at 5pm on Thursday 20th June.
