Now in its second the season, the Women and Girls circuit has grown with competitions in Sussex, at Chelmsford TTC, Cippenham TTC, St Neots TTC and Nottingham TTC.

All this is thanks to fantastic teams across the country helping us offer inclusive places for women and girls to take part in competitive table tennis.

We are now excitedly looking forward to our last event of the season – a 2* in Sussex on July 1, with an extended events list.

After the launch of the 1* events with Under-21, Over-21 and Open events, organiser Sally Hughes has aimed to offer more variety for players and this time will host:

  • Under-13s
  • Under-15s
  • Under-19s
  • Restricted 19-39
  • Over 40s

These events are all in the morning – in the afternoon there is an ‘Open’ event for all ages.

Bribar will also be in attendance for the first time, providing equipment support and advice.

Across the circuit this season we have seen more than 50% of participants beginning the day unranked, playing their first Table Tennis England competition, but by the end of the tournament having gained a national ranking.

Many players take part in local leagues and club events or have played many moons ago but have now decided that they’d like to try a competition. So, if this is your first ever tournament – you are certainly not alone!

The last event in Sussex, held in November, saw women and girls travel from across 12 counties and we expect to see high numbers of locations represented again in July.

Join the nearly 50 players who have already entered in what promises to be the biggest Women’s and Girls event on the calendar – you can find more information and the entry form by clicking below.

Entries close on Friday June 23, so please get them in as soon as you can. The form is available in PDF and Word doc format for ease of use.
