Throughout this week we have been championing women and girls in table tennis in light of International Women’s Day on Tuesday 8th March.
We have held a women and girls webinar and panel discussion, outlined our ambition for gender parity in table tennis and created a space for women online by launching our new Women in Table Tennis Facebook group.
We’ve also sought to encourage the table tennis community to elevate females by sharing success stories and inspire more women and girls to play our sport.
Today, we are launching a top tips to starting a women and girls table tennis session – available to download here.
This fantastic top tips document provides a guide to planning a successful session in your club, league or community group, including advice about knowing your audience, volunteers and deliverers, how language and marketing play a big part, and all about the environmental factors of the session.
If you’d like to be the first to hear about women and girls opportunities and gain access to resources then register your interest here.
PLUS, don’t forget, that for a limited time only we are offering a 50% discount on our Level 1 Session Coach qualification for women and girls, to encourage more females to join our coaching workforce!
