The UK Fire Service are hosting their German colleagues in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, in a two-day team and doubles event.

The UK will have their finest players on show including Scotland’s Charlie Matthews and new national champion Steve Chu, as well as other players from all parts of the country.

Veterans and former World Firefighter Games gold medallists Thomas Vogel & Norbet Von den Benken will lead the German team, which is also set to include further strong players.

The tournament is on Friday 20th and Saturday 21st October, from 10am-4pm both days. Spectators are welcome at Shrewsbury Sports Village, Sundorne Road, Shrewsbury, SY1 4RQ.
