TRAVEL ADVISORIES
Please be aware that Manchester City are playing at home at 7.30pm on Wednesday January 31. This will mean increased traffic near the velodrome and on public transport before kick-off and after the match.
Additionally, train strikes are planned for several days between Tuesday January 30 and Monday February 5. In particular, this affects Avanti West Coast services on Saturday February 3. Please check before travelling.
Once you completed your purchase on the Eventbrite website, you will have received digital tickets via email. On arrival at the venue, you will need to exchange these for wristbands. You can either print out the tickets or show them on your phone. The wristbands will enable you to come and go from the arena and the venue as you please during the session.
If you have requested carer tickets, these will need to be collected from the ticket desk in the venue foyer.
If you have courtside tickets on Finals Day, you still need to exchange your digital tickets for wristbands. You will be escorted to your seating after doing this. Please note that there is no accessible courtside seating – spectators with accessibility requirements will need to sit in the main seating area, which has appropriate provision and access.
Please be aware that bags may be subject to search.
