The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a meeting held once a year for all the Company Members of Table Tennis England including the Board, County representatives, and League representatives. The Table Tennis England Articles of Association state that the meeting must be held between 24 June and 14 July every year.

During the meeting, the Annual Report and the Financial Reports and Accounts are submitted for approval. Any changes to Articles of the Company are also agreed.

Anyone is welcome to attend the AGM and can ask a question at the meeting, however this needs to be submitted beforehand to the Office Administrator. During the voting section, only Company Members are entitled to participate.

On August 12, 2017, Table Tennis England held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) at which members voted in favour of governance reforms necessary for the sport to comply with the Government’s new Code for Sports Governance. Documents relating to the EGM can be found below.
